Tirana airport
Aegean Airlines operates through Nënë Tereza International Airport. Albania’s largest airport features shops and restaurants, foreign exchange counters and banks, car rental desks and free Wi-Fi. It should be noted that smoking is allowed in only one part of the airport, the Segafredo Bar.
Getting to the airport
Nënë Tereza airport is located 17 km from downtown Tirana. To get to the airport take Rinas Express busses that depart Skanderbeg Square every hour. If you opt to go by taxi, the Airport Express Taxis will take you to the airport in approximately 20 minutes. Their prices are very reasonable.
