Getting to the airport
Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport is located just 9 km south of the city, on the northern shore of Botany Bay. It is accessible by train (suburban rail), bus or taxi. The fastest way to get to the airport is to take train line T2 (Airport, Inner West & South Line) from the city centre (City Circle). Line Τ2 takes you directly from downtown Sydney to the airport in 13 minutes. Trains leave approximately every 10 minutes. There are two passenger train stations at the airport, one at the International terminal and one at the Domestic terminal.
