Getting to the airport in Porto
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is located 11 km north of the city. The fastest way to get to the airport from the city centre is by metro via the E-Violet line (Aeroporto - Estadio do Dragao). Metro lines run daily from 06:11 to 00.49 with trains departing every 20 – 30 minutes. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes. You can also get to Porto airport by bus, shuttle bus or taxi.
