Izmir Airport
Aegean Airlines departs from Izmir Adnan Menderes International Airport. This large, modern airport features retails stores, restaurants and cafés to make your wait more pleasant, while some of the services available include banks, foreign exchange desks and car rental agencies. Getting to the Airport
Adnan Menderes Airport is 16 km south of Izmir. You can reach the airport by taking the Havaş airport shuttle bus from the city centre, or on the South Line of the IZBAN suburban railway from Alsancak Station. If you choose to go by taxi, you would be well advised to ask about the fare ahead of time, though most taxis have a meter.
